Last Feb 2009 I was Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I made several changes to my diet and my A1C went from 14.1 to 5.9 in 4 months. I believe that if people make similar changes, they too can get their blood sugar under control. That’s why I decided to write this blog. I hope you can do it also. Good luck.
