I recently ordered 50 lbs of soy flour. I started to make my TVP cakes with it. I replaced the TVP with soy flour and the cakes have come out pretty good so far. I still need to make more things with it, but so far its been working fine. I read somewhere that it can’t be used to make bread. But there’s still lots of foods, that I’m going to try and make with soy flour, instead of regular or whole grain flour.
